We buy the top ten of each region rather than the top hundred of one. Kentucky, Tennessee, Indiana, Ireland, Islay, Speyside, Japan. If a distillery is doing something worth the shelf space, it is on this wall.

Allocated bottles move fast and quietly. Ask for something specific and if it is here we will put it on hold for you rather than let you drive over and find an empty space.
